Sound familiar?

A toxic relationship doesn’t start with shouting.

It starts with words that leave you feeling bad, and you can’t say why. Women and men in toxic relationships hear lines like these.

I never said that. You’re remembering it wrong.Gaslighting
If you really loved me, you would do it…Emotional blackmail
I’m doing this for you.Control disguised as care
You’re jealous because you’re insecure.Blame shifting

If this sounds familiar, you are not alone. And no, it is not normal.

About Maria

I’m a physician. For years I have helped people with their health, both the physical kind and the kind you can’t see.

I hold two medical board certifications, and alongside my medical practice I study psychology at university. That path led me to relationships, because manipulation has to be named before you can step out of it.

I’m not talking about crisis care. I’m talking about the quiet suffering nobody sees from the outside but that eats away at you inside: gaslighting, emotional blackmail, self-doubt. And about the way back, which I call “Coming Back to Yourself”.

How I help

Three steps from self-doubt back to yourself.

01

You see IT clearly

You learn to recognise toxic patterns and the “toxic lines” someone has used for years to keep you unsure and doubting yourself.

02

You set boundaries

You stop apologising for existing. You learn to say “no” without guilt and without fear of the reaction.

03

Coming back to yourself

You stop doubting yourself and start trusting yourself in relationships. You return to the person you were before someone convinced you that you weren’t enough.
